I remember it feeling a bit firm at first, but perhaps because it has been about six months, it has loosened up considerably. It feels soft to the touch and flows naturally when I move, so I hardly pay attention to it these days. Before the surgery, it wasn't that I had absolutely no volume, but I was constantly bothered by the fact that the top felt empty and spread out slightly, making the lines unclear. Even when wearing a bra, it didn't feel like the volume was naturally gathered towards the center, so my upper body often looked a bit flat when I wore clothes. After getting Motiva, it feels like the shape itself has changed. If before it looked empty in the center and spread out limply overall, now it gathers naturally and has gained dimension... Especially since the top is filled in, the lines look much clearer, and the lines are basically defined without me having to worry about it. I can feel it becoming more natural over time, and looking at the current state, I don't really have any major regrets. Personally, I liked it even more because it feels more like a refined look rather than an overly drastic change. The fit also falls much more cleanly when I wear clothes.
