After the procedure, I wasn't able to return to daily life completely comfortably right away; movement was somewhat restricted for the first 2-3 days due to the bandages. There was also a period afterward where bruising remained, so that is something you have to take into account. I can feel the changes as time goes by, so I am currently living with less stress regarding specific areas compared to before. ^^
