It's been a while since I visited Apgujeong Miracle, and I'm finally writing my review. These days, I feel like I've become really natural-looking, and it took me this long to gather the courage.
I originally had a bit of a prominent jawline and a double chin under my chin, which made my face look a bit puffy overall. At first, I thought, "Should I just try losing some weight?" but I figured that wouldn’t make a significant difference and would take a lot of time. So, I decided to look for something with quicker results and settled on thread lifting.
I didn’t find the clinic myself; a friend had gone there before. She told me that even after six months, her facial line looked nearly the same, so I asked for the details and made an appointment.
The consultation started with the manager looking at me first, then the doctor came in for another assessment, and finally, the manager and I reviewed everything again. They kept checking my face to see what would be best to lift, what type and how many threads would suit me. They explained everything in detail, and I agreed to proceed.
The procedure was done under sedation, so I didn't feel any pain during it. Aside from a slight pressure when the anesthesia wore off, it wasn't particularly difficult. After the procedure, I followed the doctor's advice for swelling management. They suggested I take frequent walks, so I made an effort to stay active, and the swelling went down quicker than I expected.
About a week later, I started to notice real changes. From the side, my jawline looked nicely defined, giving me that glamorous line I had only imagined. My jawline became slimmer overall, and I started enjoying looking in the mirror.
I’m happy with my current state and hope it lasts as long as my friend's did. If I need another treatment when the threads dissolve, I’ll probably just come back here.
