I was also concerned about having to wait a long time because there were a lot of people there, but to my surprise, I hardly remember waiting at all. The clinic was clean, and everything moved quickly, so I never felt frustrated. I was impressed to find a place like this. What I liked most was how friendly the tone and atmosphere were when they explained things, making it easy to ask questions. Both Director Yoon and Manager Kim listened carefully and explained everything gently, which helped me relax a bit. Thanks to that, I was really satisfied with both the process and the results by my standards.
