I felt that my face shape itself was fine, but the lack of overall volume had always bothered me. After thinking it through, I decided to proceed with fat grafting to areas such as the forehead, nasolabial area, cheeks, and temples. I remember discussing multiple areas together to set a clear direction.
As recovery progressed, there were moments when my facial impression felt softer than before. The forehead area, in particular, tends to catch my eye, and depending on lighting or condition, it sometimes appears more luminous.
Rather than feeling excessive, the overall impression feels balanced and suited to my face. I’ve been able to accept the outcome comfortably, and I feel calm about the choice I made through the process.
