I've been contemplating getting liposuction done on my butt for a long time, but I finally did it. LOL. My butt wasn't exactly perfect, but I couldn't stop wanting to get it done. I looked through tons of reviews on apps and on hospital websites. One place that looked the most like my butt after-shave look caught my eye, so I went for a consultation, paid on the spot, and made a reservation. My original plan was to also get liposuction on my thighs. So I asked the doctor to do that too, but he said my thighs aren't particularly thick. He said I need some thigh support to prevent sagging if I get liposuction on my butt. He also said that if I get both, my legs will swell a lot and the recovery period will be long, so I decided to just get liposuction on my abdomen. He also said they do a better job of reducing the waistline than other clinics, so I trusted that. The photos are too close to show, but my waist has gotten a lot thinner. I can definitely feel it, lol. I'm taking painkillers and anti-inflammatory medication, but it still hurts... They told me to lie face down, so I am, but it's harder than I thought. I can't just stay like that forever, so I'm alternating between my left and right sides. I have a bit of a hip, so they said they wouldn't push it in too much, so I'm a little less worried about it pressing down? They said it did, though, and the area next to my buttocks where there wasn't any fat has definitely filled in, so it feels full. Before the surgery, I watched a video of a hospital where a medical accident had recently occurred and resolved to never wear a mask. So I had the surgery under general anesthesia, but I didn't wear a mask. The hospital didn't even tell me to wear a mask. They told me not to take off the compression garment, so I skipped the shower. They told me to come back tomorrow, so I have to go again. This is my review from the day of the surgery. I'll take another picture and post it once I take the garment off.
