I lost volume in the upper part of my buttocks suddenly after dieting too fast, which actually stressed me out a lot. It looks fine from the front, but from the back, the lines on both sides look empty, and it looks even more sunken when I tense my muscles, so it bothered me constantly. I tried to fix it with exercise, but it was really difficult, especially around the upper hips. So, I researched both fat grafting and fillers extensively and eventually decided to get hip and pelvic fillers. I actually went for a consultation for fat grafting as well, but I was told that harvesting itself can be tricky since I don't have a lot of natural fat. I also kept seeing reviews about the grafts surviving or spreading, so I was hesitant. I felt that being able to fill in only the necessary areas to shape them would be a better fit for me, so I decided on fillers! I searched extensively for a clinic and ended up going to the one with the most reviews. As soon as I saw the before and after photos, I knew this place must be good haha. During the consultation, the director was very confident, which just made me trust them. Since I don't have a body type with absolutely no hips, they suggested focusing on refining the lines rather than making them look excessively enlarged. They filled in the upper buttocks area, which was my biggest concern, naturally haha. Honestly, I was a bit scared because I saw many reviews online saying they put in hundreds ofcc on each side for a total of 1000cc, but the director said that for my body type, 300cc combined for the hips and buttocks would be enough haha. In reality, only 265cc was injected, and they drained the rest for a touch-up later. It really feels like they just slightly refined the hip line, but I'm more satisfied than I expected with how the upper buttocks are filled in, so I keep looking in the mirror these days haha. There was almost no pain, so I took the train back home the same day after the procedure, and now I'm just waiting for the swelling to go down ✈️ But now that I've done it, I've gotten curious about straight leg fillers too, so I'm looking that up now haha.
