While considering a silhouette lift, my biggest concern was that my original facial contours might be compromised. I didn't want results where the cheeks would be lifted too high, making the cheekbones overly prominent, or where my mouth line would appear unnatural. The director maintained my existing facial contours and only refined the sagging areas. There was definitely a good reason why this place is known for doing work that looks natural.
