I can feel that it has become much more natural compared to the beginning after just 3 months. The shape and the upper convexity have disappeared a lot, and the texture has become more natural! It's still noticeable when I'm lying down, but when I'm standing, the shape and texture are natural! I've been getting treatments once a week since the surgery, and it's almost 3 months since then. The director told me to do a steam bath and massage, so I'm trying to massage consistently every day, even if I can't do it 3-4 times a day. The hardness and foreign body sensation I felt at the beginning have largely disappeared, and my self-esteem has definitely gone up a lot since getting it done. I used to be self-conscious every time I showered, and I was busy covering it up when I exercised or went to the sauna, but now I don't have to worry about that. I feel like breast surgery is a surgery that really depends on the individual's satisfaction... I wish I had done it again sooner.
