These days, taking photos has become so much easier. In the past, I used to move around trying to find the right angle for selfies… Some angles made my face look oddly wide, especially with my cheekbones sticking out so much. Even when looking in the mirror, I would be overly concerned about my profile rather than my front view. But now, even from the side, the jawline flows nicely, which is my favorite part.
I had the surgery done at Ilpercent, and I underwent High-3D cheekbone contouring, along with type 1 jawline contouring and double chin liposuction. It’s been about eight months since the procedure, and the overall contour of my face has changed completely. There’s a smoothness to the lines now, rather than a choppy look. Maybe because both my cheek fat and double chin have been addressed, my face appears more three-dimensional instead of flat.
People around me have also changed their comments a bit. No one directly asks, “Did you have surgery?” Instead, they simply say I look much gentler and younger. I guess it’s not a style that screams plastic surgery. When I look in the mirror, it doesn’t feel like a drastic change; it’s more like a refined version of my own face. That natural look is what I appreciate the most.
Especially my profile and jawline. Before, my cheekbones were the first thing you noticed, and my jawline seemed hidden, but now the cheekbones are less prominent, making my jawline sharper. It has reduced the pressure of tying my hair up or pushing it behind my ear. In the past, when choosing hairstyles, I had to consider hiding my cheekbones, which limited my options. Now, I hardly worry about how to conceal them when picking a hairstyle.
Looking at the results, it feels like they designed everything to suit my face shape perfectly. It doesn’t scream “I’ve had surgery” to anyone; it feels like I’ve just become naturally prettier, which makes me really satisfied. People around me also think it looks natural and don’t bring up surgery at all. For someone who stressed about my face looking larger due to my cheekbones, I think those who have similar concerns should consider this kind of surgery.
