To start with the hospital, it was very well organized and clean overall, so I felt good as soon as I walked in. However, what really stood out was the consultation. The consultation manager had a gentle and calm tone, so I didn't feel pressured to ask various questions. She explained even difficult topics in an easy-to-understand way, which I think was the best part. After hearing all the explanations, I felt quite satisfied overall, and personally, I am very happy with my current condition.
