I think the thighs were a part I really agonized over until the very end before deciding... Even though my upper body slimmed down, my lower body remained the same, so I was constantly bothered by the awkward, baggy fit whenever I wore pants. I particularly talked a lot about the inner thighs and overall thickness; I remember feeling relieved during the consultation because they explained that instead of just going for a thin line, they should focus on refining the lines to ensure they fall naturally. Immediately afterward, I couldn't notice any major changes due to swelling, but as time passes, I feel like they are gradually becoming more defined. Looking at it from the front, the inner thighs used to feel tight, but now there is a slight gap, making the overall line look less bulky. Perhaps because the thickness also feels a bit more refined, it also gives the impression that my thighs look longer than before. Rather than looking completely skinny, it feels more organized overall, so I accept it more naturally now. It still feels a bit firm to the touch, so I am keeping an eye on that. These days, the biggest difference I feel is the change in the fit of my pants, so the biggest benefit is that I am less self-conscious about that area. ^^
