Sometimes when I look in the mirror, it still feels a bit surprising. I didn’t expect fat grafting to create this kind of overall impression. Before, I felt there was very little volume, but now the way clothes fit and how my silhouette looks feels noticeably different. Before the procedure, I had a lot of concerns and ended up asking many questions. I even worried that it might feel excessive, but both the doctor and the coordinator took the time to respond carefully and explain things in detail, which helped ease my mind. Looking back now, I feel that taking the time to ask everything before deciding was the right approach. There are moments when I still need time to adjust to the change, but that process itself feels natural.
