The consultation manager was also extremely kind, which helped me make my decision. Since I have naturally small eyes, I told them I wanted my eyes to look bigger. They explained very realistically what was possible for my eye shape, without exaggeration, which made me feel confident. Based on that, I underwent natural adhesion (non-incisional), ptosis correction, and inner corner surgery with Dr. Kim. I was worried about healing since I had the surgery in summer, but the swelling was minimal and there was little pain. I ate and slept well, and unlike some reviews, I was able to sleep lying down comfortably. They took great care of me both before and after surgery, answered all my questions kindly, and the results don’t look obvious at all. I’m extremely satisfied.
