I was looking at my calendar recently and it just occurred to me that it has already been four months since I got Thermage and even started the skin booster! Why does time fly so fast? Seriously. I'm not usually the type to write reviews like this, but I started doing it a while ago thinking, "Let's just keep a record." Looking back at what I've written so far sometimes makes me feel a bit shy, but also kind of proud haha. At first, I debated a lot about whether I really needed to write this or not, but once I started, I just seem to keep writing... I don't know how many more times I'll write, but for now, I plan to keep recording whenever I remember. There are so many types of lifting treatments out there, you know. But the reason I chose Thermage wasn't anything particularly grand; it was just because it had been exactly half a year since I got Ultherapy, so I thought, "Should I continue with some more skincare?" I wanted to get a treatment, so I went to the dermatology clinic I usually visit for a consultation. The director recommended 300 shots of Thermage, so I just went with that. It was better than I expected, which surprised me a bit, and the sensation was different from Ultherapy, which I found fascinating. Since then, I definitely felt my skin elasticity improved, so I haven't gotten any further lifting procedures. However, the problem is that my premenstrual syndrome suddenly got much worse... Whenever my period is approaching, I get a ton of tiny pimples, and my skin condition is always unstable. It would be fine one day, but then suddenly break out the next. Since this has become almost a routine, I tried various things on my own at home, but I didn't really feel like it was getting any better. So, I ended up going back to that clinic and asking, "What should I do in this situation...?" When I asked, the director recommended Skin Botox, Benev, and Exosomes from the skin booster line. I debated a lot about whether to do it right away or not, but I finally went ahead with it about two months after getting Thermage. Looking back now, I think I made the right decision. Unlike lifting treatments, skin boosters tend to show results quite quickly, which I liked. The bumps caused by sebum and the rough, flaky feeling cleared up a lot, and instead of a greasy shine, my skin has a subtle glow. Since then, I've been hearing a lot of people say my face looks better haha. When I meet friends, they often ask, "Why does your skin look so good lately?" I feel totally happy inside, but on the outside, I just say something like, "Oh, I just got some treatments," because it feels a bit awkward to openly show how happy I am... haha. Anyway, unless you're naturally gifted, I think you can see results based on how much effort you put into caring for your skin, so I'm willing to get treatments again if the effects start to wear off. For now, I'm just trying my best to maintain this state haha.
