I finally finished the fifth round of the MPL set in December. Looking back, the funniest part is the pants. The fit of pants has changed from before to now... I used to have thicker thighs that made them feel tight, but now there's a bit more room.
I tend to carry more weight on my upper body, so I used to focus more on that than my lower half, but strangely, the upper body is the first area that got toned. It was surprising to see how much cleaner my upper body looked in the mirror. Plus, my weight went down as well, so I feel like I've gained a lot...
Every week, they carefully checked my body composition, paying attention to how things were being managed, which I think really helped. It felt like the director was personally overseeing everything, which gave me confidence.
So, as soon as it ended, I thought, "I definitely need to re-enroll," and I'm planning to sign up again.
