Now that I really have to do this diet on my own, I feel a bit overwhelmed and bittersweet. Still, after a month of doing this, I have a general idea of what I need to do, so I'm not just panicking… strangely enough, I've gained a bit of confidence too.
To talk about the numbers,
I started at a weight of 58.9 kg with a body fat of 21.4 kg (36.3%).
That was when I had my first treatment.
By week one, after the second treatment, I was down to 55.9 kg / body fat 19.7 kg (35.3%).
In week two, after the third treatment, I was at 55 kg / body fat 18.8 kg (34.2%).
By week three, after the fourth treatment, I was 54.2 kg / body fat 17.6 kg (32.4%).
And by the time I reached the fifth treatment in week four, I was down to 53 kg / body fat 16.9 kg (32%).
I had a total of five MPL fat-dissolving injections over four weeks, and during the last session, they really gave me a generous amount, which made me feel proud. I had this feeling that the weight would drop even more that day.
In a month, I lost about 6 kg, and my body fat decreased significantly, so every time I see those numbers, I can't help but feel happy. Honestly, if I had done this alone, I probably would have given up halfway.
Before it ended, they gave me tips on how to prevent yo-yo dieting and how to maintain my progress, so I took notes on that. Now, I just have to follow those notes and keep pushing through…
