I was stressed out because of my nose, but I went to a cosmetic surgery clinic and had surgery with Dr. Lee Kang-woo. I had a low, round nose that always bothered me whenever I looked in the mirror.
From the first consultation, the atmosphere was quite pleasant. They showed me different nose shapes using Photoshop and explained what could be done, and Dr. Lee's gentle manner made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions, and I thought, "I should go ahead with this."
The surgery involved inserting an implant for the bridge of my nose, using my own tissue for the tip, and I also underwent a nasal bone reshaping and inner incision for nostril reduction. I hadn't even considered nostril reduction, but the doctor mentioned the proportions and suggested it would be a good idea. After some thought, I decided to go for it, and looking back, it was a brilliant decision.
When I first saw the results, I felt it wasn't overly done or obvious that I had surgery; it just looked a bit slimmer and more refined. There was hardly any artificial look, which I really appreciated. People around me commented that my overall vibe seemed more sophisticated.
Now, it's been just under two months, and while I'm satisfied with the external appearance, I still feel a bit of discomfort inside my nose. I know this takes time, so I'm just being patient.
If someone is struggling with a similar nose shape, I think it would be worthwhile to have a consultation. I’m quite happy with the results I got from trusting the process.
