Lately, the most common comment I hear before my wedding is "You've lost a lot of weight." I never imagined I’d be writing about this on a weight loss platform after starting my diet three months ago. It’s funny to think of a guy posting a review here.
I used to sit all day at work and drink almost every evening, feeling a bit like a "beer belly uncle." But then, while preparing for the wedding with my fiancée, I realized I couldn't go to the ceremony like this, so we both switched to serious planning mode.
Both of us are very organized, so we read all the reviews on apps and visited various clinics for consultations. I think we checked out five places: Jiwoogae, Sangsan, Son Yuna, U-Line, and Diet. We felt it was necessary to compare them.
From what I gathered, the advice was fairly similar everywhere, but for some reason, Jiwoogae felt the most trustworthy. The fact that it was run by a male director also played a big role. I really dislike it when my consultant changes midway, so having one person consistently monitor and care for my progress was the most reassuring.
Honestly, the injections aren’t exactly painless; they sting a bit, but the procedure time is short, and they take great care of post-treatment details, so I’ve never left feeling negative. The staff's friendliness is just a given.
One day, I compared a photo from three months ago with a recent one, and wow… that’s why people take before-and-after pictures. I won’t mention numbers, but I could genuinely feel, “Oh? I really have lost a lot of weight!” My girlfriend is also dieting alongside me, and we’re both happy with our progress.
Now that I’ve lost weight, I’ve started to feel a bit greedy and have been contemplating doing a body profile shoot. I still haven’t made a decision yet, but in my mind, I’m already practicing poses…
