I visited because acne itself was mostly gone, but the pigmentation marks left behind were still bothering me. The treatment was done overall, but they paid extra attention to the areas I was most concerned about, which I appreciated. Everyone was kind, so I felt comfortable during the procedure. Even though calming care wasn’t included, they gave me a mask pack at the end, which was a nice touch.
