It's been 5 months since my Motiva breast surgery! I'm 375 cm tall and 335 cm tall, and I had the surgery at MD. In the beginning, I was worried that my breasts, which I had put so much effort into, would get hurt, lol. These days, I'm less worried and I'm able to lie down and move around comfortably. I don't know if it's because I'm recovering quickly or because I diligently followed the hospital's instructions, but the swelling is gradually going down a lot~ In the beginning, I couldn't even imagine lying on my side like this.. and it felt a bit strange when I moved my body from side to side, but now it feels like my breasts themselves are being pushed... !! It's hard to explain in words;; It's a heavy(?) and pleasant feeling that only someone who's had the surgery can truly understand. ㅎㅎㅎ I haven't done any special massages or management at home to get rid of fat! In the first place, there was no need for that. The aftercare at the hospital where I had the surgery was so well organized that I just went to the hospital as they told me and did as they told me to for checkups, so it was comfortable. = In other words, if the surgery goes well and the hospital provides good care (like caps, high frequency, meso?), time will take care of all the fat. That's what I mean. After getting my chest surgery, I made plans to go hiking for the first time next week, and I'm so happy that I can move my body a lot and exercise now. I wonder why the hiking clothes I used to wear suddenly look so small and plain... Since fall is here, I'm going to buy some new hiking clothes that are a little brighter. It seems like more money is leaking out here and there after the surgery... but I'm just going to enjoy this moment. ㅎㅎㅎ
