When I first go, I just tell the stylist what I want, and the stylist takes my word for it and shapes it. After the design is finalized, I'm put under anesthesia. They apply cream and then give me another injection, giving me a double dose. If you just tolerate the anesthesia well, you won't feel much pain afterward, and I was quite pleased with the results.
