After getting the contouring done first, I actually started to worry more about my internal structure... I knew I was originally a candidate for double jaw surgery, but I had dismissed it, thinking the contouring would be fine, and that kept bothering me. Seeing the slightly protruding mouth, my jaw, and the sunken area next to my nose all at once made my stress level grow... So, I eventually decided I needed to get everything sorted out and made the decision to proceed with double jaw surgery as well. Since I had already had surgery once, I was really careful this time, and because it involved general anesthesia, I prioritized safety above all else. I went to Seoul Face 21 Dental Hospital because I heard they do a lot of revision surgeries there, and I remember feeling quite confident while listening to Dr. Jeong Han-ul explain things during the consultation. It has been about five months now, and I feel like I no longer consciously think about the parts that bothered me before. It was also nice that the staff and the doctor were always kind and attentive every time I visited, so I could go to the clinic without feeling any pressure during recovery. The swelling subsides naturally, so people around me don't really notice that I had surgery. However, they do notice that something has changed, so there have been times when they asked what I had done... That reaction was a bit fascinating, haha.
