I had the procedure done by Dr. Lee Jeong-eun, and I consulted with Manager Han Eun-jin. :) At first, I was determined to have Dr. Lee do it, but when I got there, I started to have some doubts. However, Manager Han spoke very clearly and confidently, making me feel like she genuinely cared about the process. It gave me the reassurance I needed to think, "Okay, I can do this here." Thanks to that, I was able to go into the procedure without unnecessary tension and felt more relaxed throughout the experience. :)
