My arms were truly the area I agonized over until the very end... They remained the same even after losing weight, so I was constantly self-conscious whenever I wore short sleeves. During the consultation, we talked a lot about the outer edges and the overall thickness. I remember deciding on that direction because the doctor explained that we should focus on refining the lines rather than reducing them excessively. Immediately after the procedure, it didn't feel significantly different due to swelling, but it gradually refined over time. When viewed from the front, if my arms used to look round and thick overall, they now look longer as the lines are refined. The most visible change was the line flowing naturally from my shoulder to my arm. Since they feel more polished rather than completely thin, I actually find it easier to accept. There is still a slight lumpy feeling when I touch them, so I am monitoring that over time. These days, the biggest difference I notice is the fit of my clothes, so I am living with less self-consciousness than before. ^^
