Honestly, taking photos used to be a real stress for me. I have somewhat prominent cheekbones, and because the line felt heavy dropping down to my lower face, my facial contours looked uneven overall. In particular, the fat under my chin remained the same even after I lost weight, so whether I was looking from the front or the side, it just made me feel like my face was wider and more stuffy. After much deliberation, I decided to proceed with double jaw surgery, cheekbone reduction, and double chin treatment all at once. Now, my facial proportions feel much more refined. While the line from my cheekbones to my chin used to be uneven, it now flows smoothly overall, and my lower face looks much lighter. Since the cheekbone area was refined, my frontal look has changed quite a bit, and the balance between my mouth and chin looks naturally aligned! I am especially satisfied with the area under my chin; it flows cleanly along my neckline without that heavy feeling I used to, so I find myself amazed every time I look at my profile. Since it was major surgery, I was very worried at first, but as the swelling went down and my facial contours looked different, I found myself constantly looking in the mirror. The most comfortable thing these days is that I no longer have to hide candid photos or look for edits like I used to. I'm also hearing quite a few comments from people around me saying that my vibe has changed.
