The building has a basement and goes up quite a bit, so when I first saw it, I thought, "Wow, it's bigger than I expected!" I thought I would have to move around a lot, but each floor is clearly organized, so I didn’t get lost navigating. The layout seems pretty well thought out. During my appointment, the doctor didn’t just rush through things; instead, he explained everything step by step and kept asking what would be best for me, which made me feel more at ease. It didn’t feel hurried; rather, the atmosphere was considerate and attentive, and that stood out the most to me.
