However, they explained everything step by step—from booking and consultation to pre- and post-procedure precautions—so it wasn't too difficult to understand the flow. Also, they talked to me during the procedure to help ease my tension, which made me feel quite comfortable. Overall, the process felt smooth, and now I'm adjusting and feeling less burdened than before.
