Sometimes when I look at the calendar, it suddenly hits me how much time has passed. I had contouring surgery (three procedures) at One Percent Plastic Surgery in early January this year, and it’s already been about eight months. The procedures included High-3D cheekbones and a bespoke V-line.
These days, I’m going about my daily life without much discomfort. The swelling has mostly settled, and sensation in the lower face has returned except for the very end area, so overall it feels comfortable. Because of that, I don’t really think about having had surgery anymore — it just feels natural.
When I look in the mirror or take photos, the parts that used to catch my attention don’t weigh on my mind as much. Being able to feel this settled makes me appreciate the work that was done, and I feel grateful once again to the doctor at One Percent who performed the surgery ^^
