I've never had botox or fillers before, so honestly, I'm the type of person who gets nervous just hearing the word "procedure." LOL. But while preparing for my wedding, I had a dress fitting and I became really self-conscious about my shoulder line and arms... Since photos will be taken, I thought, "This can't go on like this," so I ended up looking into getting a procedure. During my first consultation, I asked a lot of questions, and they explained everything calmly, one by one. I wasn't sure what the procedure was or how it would work, so I was even more scared, but after hearing the explanation, I thought, "Oh, it'll be okay?", so I just went ahead and did it. I think the biggest thing was that listening to the explanation helped me relax a bit. After getting it done, I can't really put it into words, but it felt like... I lost weight? I didn't go on a diet, but my body line looked more defined. LOL. My shoulders and arms looked less swollen, so I felt a little more at ease thinking about wearing the dress. Now I understand why so many brides-to-be get this done.
