I recently started worrying about slight asymmetry in my double eyelids, so I decided to come in for a consultation. The consultation itself felt very comfortable. Both the manager and the doctor were kind and approachable, which made the experience feel trustworthy. Their explanations were calm and easy to understand. The procedure was done very carefully, and what stood out the most was how quickly the swelling went down. I was told to alternate between cold and warm compresses, though I mostly ended up doing the cold ones. I was also informed about follow-up checkups at 1, 3, and 6 months, as well as free aftercare within one year, which gave me extra reassurance. I ended up doing both eyelid surgery and ptosis correction. Other clinics had said the ptosis correction wasn’t necessary, but now I feel it was the right choice. At two weeks post-procedure, the swelling has reduced significantly, which I’m relieved about.
