I made an appointment and went there, and as soon as I walked in, the receptionists were so friendly that I relaxed a bit. I had an examination followed by scaling, and it didn’t feel rushed at all; they were really thorough, which stood out to me the most. After that, I had a consultation with the director and the manager, who listened to all my concerns and explained everything in detail, so we ended up talking longer than I expected. They kept asking about the kind of results I wanted and the direction I was aiming for. On my way out after the consultation, I felt certain that I wanted to proceed with them. I’m going back next Wednesday for the treatment, and I'm just waiting for that day... Thanks to Manager Ah-young, I was able to make a decision comfortably, and I truly appreciate it!
