I originally had narrow shoulders with a steep slope, which made my face appear larger due to my body shape. After the procedure, the line from my neck to my shoulders became more gradual, and my upper body proportions look much more balanced. When wearing jackets or sleeveless tops, the way clothes hang has changed noticeably, which I'm satisfied with. I'm pleased that my shoulders have naturally become more angular rather than excessively broad.
