This picture was taken about two weeks after liposuction on my abdomen, love handles, and back, along with a hip lift, buttock fat grafting, and buttock wrinkle correction. I don't have a completely flat pelvis, and my buttocks weren't completely devoid of volume, but I had previously had thigh liposuction and a bit of hip reduction. After that, my buttocks looked slightly saggy from behind or at a 45-degree angle. The under-butt wrinkles from the liposuction and my wide pelvis made my hip dip even more noticeable, which really bothered me... So this time, I thought simply adding fat wouldn't do, so I combined it with a hip lift. I remember using a thread called Epiticon for the lift, and perhaps because I combined it with the lift, it felt like it supported the weight of my buttocks from below. I was worried that the thread lift would cause sagging again, but they also grafted fat above the threads, so even if the threads melt, the remaining fat would provide some support. I was told that the volume and sagging would remain to some extent over time. On the day of the surgery, the swelling was so bad that I almost felt like Kim Kardashian, lol. My priority was to lift up my sagging butt, fill in my hip dip, and correct my buttock wrinkles rather than create a ton of volume. As the swelling went down, I felt like I was getting closer to the look I wanted. When choosing a hospital, I wanted to avoid designs that were too obvious or styles that only placed a buttock bump on the top of the hip. I wanted the line that falls from the waist to the hip to flow naturally, and the director here designed the line exactly like that, so I decided to go here. Also, other places refused to touch up my buttock wrinkles, saying they were difficult to address, but here, they said they could improve them to some extent, so I trusted them with that as well. Now, the filled in hip dip is the first thing I notice, and thanks to it, my overall line looks much smoother. I really like the curve that runs from my waist to my pelvis, and the sagging hips have also been alleviated a lot compared to before, and the wrinkles under my buttocks are also getting better, so I especially like that part. The bruising from the liposuction area went down faster than I thought, so now only a little bit remains on my abdomen. There's still a little swelling. It feels a little lumpy to the touch, but it's not that bad. I'm getting high-frequency treatment at the hospital and observing it. They said it will smooth out more in a month or so, so I'm waiting. I think it would be okay if the overall volume was just slightly reduced, so I think I'd like it even more if the swelling went down a little more. I just hope the fat that filled my hip dip holds up well and doesn't sag. If I'm not satisfied with the implant placement or lifting, I'm considering adding more thread or a second fat graft, but for now, I'm pretty satisfied with the way it is. I'll write another review later when the swelling goes down and the fat has settled. I finished off with a before-after comparison shot. Haha. The wrinkles on the right side of my buttocks are still taped, so please take that into consideration when looking at them. Haha.
