I've always been the type where my upper body quickly shows a nice line with just a little less eating, so I used to wear size S… but my lower body doesn't cooperate, so I mostly looked for pants or skirts in size M to L. Because of my thighs, I often had to give up on clothes I liked… it's just that kind of style.
Then, while doing fat-dissolving injections and following a diet, I lost about 10 kg, and since then, I've been maintaining around the low 50s, fluctuating 1 to 2 kg for about a year now.
Recently, before going on a trip, I thought I might binge eat again, so I signed up for another treatment set, this time for my thighs and calves. I just completed my first session. My calves measure about 33 cm at their thickest point, and my thighs are 49.7 cm when measured at the line with a mole on the inside. I'm excited to see how much they'll shrink after all five sessions…
But honestly, my calves aren't very chunky, so even losing just 1 cm here would be a huge win, right? I feel like the visual difference will be quite noticeable… but I'm curious about how it will actually look.
The first photo is from almost a year ago, taken secretly in the fitting room when I first went to the clinic. Looking back now, my thighs look really strong… solid…^^;; Back then, I couldn't even dream of wearing size S because of my thighs, and pants were automatically size M to L. But these days, I can wear size S comfortably! I even have size S skirts in my shopping cart, worrying, "What if the waist is too big?" It's funny how my concerns have shifted from worrying about not being able to wear them because of my thighs to different points now.
The two recent photos were both taken in the morning right after I woke up. One is a full-body mirror shot, and the other is a shot of me sitting on the bed with my legs stretched out! I feel like I might have lost a little more weight… it could be a placebo effect, but I feel good about how I look. The marks on my calves are from compression stockings… I wasn't specifically told to wear them at the clinic, but I've been wearing them every night before bed, and I feel like my legs feel much lighter when I wake up, so I can't stop using them.
