My skin has been feeling really dry and flaky lately, so I just went there once. I got a consultation first, and they made me feel comfortable and explained things honestly, so it wasn't as stressful as I thought. The atmosphere was okay, but the procedure... It really hurt. It was a lot more painful than I thought. But they kept asking about my condition and adjusting to it, so I somehow got through it. I liked that they paid a lot of attention here and there, and they were very thorough. They were very kind overall, so I think I might come back again next time. Anyway, I got it done and came out feeling good. ^^
