I've had my hairline for about six months now.
These days, when I look in the mirror, I sometimes get the feeling that there are fine hairs sprouting in the back, and I wonder, "Wait, was that always there?" It seems to be about 6 cm long. It’s just enough to look like fine hair, but since I naturally have wavy hair, the new growth is also curly… It looks like I styled my bangs.
Oh, by the way, I took some photos:
Before the surgery / 11 days post-surgery / 5 months post-surgery / 6 months post-surgery.
You can check my previous posts for more detailed updates.
I was a bit worried that the front hair in the center was coming in a little late, but I went to the hospital recently for a check-up, and they said that’s normal, as it usually starts growing in around the four-month mark. They told me not to worry about it, so I’m just going with the flow.
I also got my roots colored recently.
Now that the line is filled in quite a bit, it really looks like my original hairline. Seeing it that way makes me a bit greedy… They said I could get a touch-up after a year, so I’m considering lowering it just a little more.
I was surprised at how quickly I recovered after the surgery; it barely showed, so I didn’t have to worry about it much while working. It didn’t interfere with my daily life, so I thought I could just go for a quick touch-up on the weekends.
Once my hair grows more, I’ll come back to share updates!
