In the past, it was stressful because every time I looked in the mirror, my cheekbones and jaw were the first things I saw. In particular, the combination of my protruding side cheekbones, square jaw, and excess fat under my chin made my facial contours feel uneven overall. When I took photos, my face looked bigger and my impression seemed a bit harsh, so I covered them up with my hair so many times. After much deliberation, I decided to proceed with jaw reduction, cheekbone reduction, and double chin treatment all at once. The most surprising thing after the procedure was the change in my facial line. Before, my face felt quite wide horizontally, but now it feels much more refined overall. My cheekbones have naturally receded, and my jawline connects smoothly, so the vibe of my profile has changed a lot. I am especially satisfied with the area under my chin; it feels less tight like before, and the line connecting to my neck looks clean, which has significantly reduced my stress when taking photos. It was also fun watching the changes little by little as the swelling went down. These days, I feel most comfortable taking photos without worrying about the angle! People around me also frequently tell me that my face looks different.
