Lately, I've been going to the gym casually and running a little, and it's actually become quite comfortable. Before, my form would get weird and my lower back would feel uncomfortable, so I couldn't run for long... Now, I can just wear leggings and run lightly without really worrying about it, and that's the best part haha. Come to think of it, I used to be a bit self-conscious about my stomach area, but these days, the lines look toned even without me tensing up, so I feel less self-conscious. It feels less bulging, so it seems more comfortable when I put on clothes. Just this one change really makes a difference in my daily life haha. It feels like it lifts my spirits for no reason.
