The numbing cream was applied very carefully, and the staff were genuinely kind throughout. Since this was already my third Densiti session, I wasn’t worried about discomfort at all, but they still kept checking on me and being considerate. That extra attention really stood out. The whole experience felt comfortable, which is why I keep coming back ^^
