I was going to write again after the 4th week, but around the 3rd week, the feeling changed a bit, so I'm just going to write about it now, lol. I got a hip-up lift, hip filler, and liposuction on my back and sides all at once, so the bruising and swelling were really bad in the beginning. I'm the type of person who bruises don't go away easily, so there's still a little bit left on my back. Last week, when I went to check on the progress, the director said it was hard to see the lines yet and that the real shape would come out only after the bruising and swelling completely went down. Maybe that's why she suddenly showed me a picture of my butt that she took in the operating room right after the surgery, lol. The line I saw then was exactly the hip line I had imagined, so I was amazed... "Ah, so this is how it turned out..." Now, the residual swelling is almost gone compared to the 2nd week, and she said it would take about a month for the swelling to completely go down, so I'm just waiting. Personally, I think I'll get closer to the look I'm aiming for if the swelling on my left hip dip goes down a little more. My volume was significantly reduced compared to right after the surgery, which was a bit disappointing... but I had another retouch in the second week, so my hip line looks even prettier now. Funny enough, I had more fat than I expected, and they felt bad throwing it away, so they even gave me a facial fat graft as a freebie. I didn't know they had something like that, so I was even more surprised. People looking into plastic surgery hate the factory-style hospital atmosphere the most. I hate that too, which is why I chose this place. Everyone, from the director and information staff to the operating room staff and even the director, was incredibly kind. It didn't feel like a hospital that just gave up after the surgery, and they were meticulous about aftercare. As I mentioned in the photos, they even did things like radiofrequency and highlighting, which they don't usually do. I was very satisfied with the aftercare. I think I made a good choice, and I'll come back again once the swelling goes down a bit.
